A guy sexually assaults a little girl as an adult, then the judge punishes him by surrounding him with kids, then doesn't mark him. He's winding him up and setting him out on the population. Someone needs to take a closer look at the judge. I bet the guy has some issues himself. Clown world, honk honk.
