You're in luck. No government official is going to go out of it's way to do work of that nature. They'll just send you a survey, you'll fill it out, and they'll ignore it until next quarter. Nothing will change.

It's not so much the government enticing them to go there, it's more that the government officials are probably lazy enough that they won't try.
