I walk for many more miles. Twice I pass small shack size masonry structures with dirt floors made from local rocks. I keep following the road
Eventually I come to some signs of civilization. 5 Small buildings and a soccer field smoothed out of the desert. Definitely not the US. There is a T intersection in the road with another road comming in from the left... and a sign.
To the left : Quera 6
Strait: Abra Latte 7
Strait: Agua de Castilla 14
Spanish. Definitly south America I stay strait. Agua, Water means more civilization
In Agua de Castilla I find a sign pointing telling me it is 47km to ruta 52. I'm thinking that will be a paved road.
Ruta 52 is paved and I find a sign telling me I am in the Northern Providence of Argentina.
80 km to Jujuy. Looks like an actual city
