Anyways, they've been buzzing around and I've noticed it's behavior begin to evolve and it start to quickly learn from me and develop a sort of bond with me. It leaves me alone when I am at my computer because I will shoo it away by waving my hand at it and swatting at it. Sometimes it will not listen and will go on my computer screen and it no longer fears me waving my hand over it. I can swat my hand over it repeatedly and it will stay put without fear. It has learned that I mean it no harm and that it is my friend. I have considered whether it is growing old and just cannot move very well anymore, but I have debunked that and see it flying and moving around at will perfectly fine to this day. It will also follow me into my room and fly around me a bit when I lie down and it has started to learn how to annoy me and get reactions out of me. It has begun to swoop over my ear and make me move until I get annoyed and tell it to go away. Then it leaves me alone. I will be sad to see my fly friend go away, but I find their behavior fascinating and the learning capabilities of all animals to be marvelous. I don't know. I think it's really cool even if it can be explained in other ways. But I think this fly is really smart and likes me and I like them.
