Take away: 80-90% capacity DOES NOT mean full of patients. It means 80-90% of the staff has a patient they and their team are assigned to. The hospital could still be relatively empty. As is often the case.

My own home sold for 400% higher than I bought it for after about 18 years of residence there.
My new home doubled in value in the last year since I moved in. Everyone is moving out here now.
Selling the house and moving out of the city is the obvious play. They can get twice the house for half the price of their current home, and then the wife doesn't need to work at all.
The kids will make new friends.
