I mean it can be treated effectively in some without any or much damage but everyone is different, and obviously the earlier it is treated the better the outcome and it usually presents initially with very mild symptoms, some of which are identical to the common reactions to COVID (and other vaccines) like mild fever, fatigue, headache, body aches, joint pain etc.
