How was he bailed? Aren't they holding the Jan6 protesters without bail?

Good question. According to 's links he was arrested on the 10th, and not released until almost April, which seems to argue against his being a Fed... Are we sure this is the same guy?

I think the people they are holding without bail are because they haven't been charged. They're just being detained.

Or he was able to afford a stronger and more compotent attorney than other people. There is a welfare cliff where you have too many assets for a public defender but not enough to hire any lawyer worth a damn.
