No, it is not blocked, but the "new" reddit is down or busy. Old reddit seems to be working fine.

Interesting, thanks! I don't use Reddit much so it's a little confusing. It looks like they're having a lot of good conversations on that sub, though it's a lot of topics people here have seen already. Hopefully more people can make better informed decisions.
