I'm no expert but as someone with family that suffer from auto-immune disorders it seems like these vaccines are inducing auto-immune responses in people and the nano-lipid particles are tending to pool into certain organs hence the deltoid injections to soften this pooling effect.

Or perhaps I am an expert since I took anatomy courses and actually paid attention and supplemented it with personal research.
