Yes. Tylenol will shut the liver down. That's not a pleasant death.

The articles I found suggested a lot of the deaths were overdoses, how many of those are suicides and how many are accidents? Not sure.

There is a lot of shit that has acetaminophen in it. If you factor out accidental overdoes and suicides the deaths/dose is probably 1 to several hundred million if we're assuming half of doses sold are consumed.

It is in a lot of stuff. I tend to forget that because it doesn't work for me and I avoid it. Based on that, it's probably easier to OD on the stuff than you'd think at first.
