The issue is that as soon as some "human" has any kind of power over another human, they quickly become tyrant
So, bosses are normally huge assholes
How do you stop this happening ?
I say, no more managment school and you become a boss ONLY by a vote of you coworkers, NOT being appointed by the owner of the company.
