It's a billboard in Milwaukee and they're gonna host the 2024 RNC convention, so Trump is preparing that city for it and the shit show from the protestors and agitators. https://www.politico.com/news/2022/07/15/republican-national-convention-milwaukee-00046172

Putting words into user's mouths, which means making them appear like they wrote something they never actually did, especially on sensitive posts, is one of the greatest violations of user trust possible.
