Imagine this, guys. An unvaccinated Mexican tries to illegally cross the US-Mexican border. A law enforcement officer in America fires a warning shot into the air. The Mexican goes away -- but then he comes back. There is another warning shot. He leaves. Yet the Mexican man cannot help himself, and he really wants to get into the USA, and so he tries entering a third time. On the third, he is shot dead, and buried in a random area.
