It was a group of crossfitters. One idiot at the table, the woman, yelled "Robbers", and a second guy yelled it because the first chick did, and they all took off running.

They got about a block away, nothing happened, stood there for a few minutes, then walked back and sat down.

The second guy who yelled is a full on soy boy.

Group of joggers run through a restaurant on a sidewalk. One woman idiotically gets up thinking it’s a stampede. Then another dude gets up fully believing then the whole restaurant starts running.

If anyone went to the reddit link and read the top comment it actually makes sense.

This was in brazil and they have a crime spree going on where men jog into places, fleece everyone and run off. Basically this is what it looks like when people dont relax

That's how it works. This also happens in finance and it's how you lead a crowd. One person suddenly does something, then assuming that person knows something you don't, it's a safe or sorry question. Then it only takes one person to follow you to signal to others that either A the follower also knows, or is taking a public vote in support of running, Then with 2 voting for running it just needs a third, and soon all the sheep are running without knowing why.

This is how you lead NPCs with fear. Actions speak louder than words.

All the soyim in the comments talk about how it totally makes sense to just start running like retarded sheep as soon as you see 3 people running on the sidewalk.
