Data science is at the point that you could tell when the files were or were not placed on the devices, high profile wealthy people who can afford independent data scientists for their legal defense could expose the tactic. Alternatively the typical person who just happens to be brothers with a supposed mass shooter doesn't really have much room to refute the claims without paying for a million dollar legal defense and thousands of dollars a day for work from a professional forensic data science team. If it's an online device though it's pretty easy to get the files onto the computer so long as you can back door an email or website then hide images so they are loaded but not visible, if you do this you can pretty easily get someone who is practicing a bit of web security yet again though good enough lawyer and they can spot entrapment if they can prove they weren't intentionally viewed, but when it comes to CP most lawyers refuse to risk their reputation or lives to defeat the control tactics of big government, our legal system is based on precedent, if the trick gets caught and shot down in one court it's safe to say it will never work again and the state will lose face. It's a trick they exercise with caution.

If I had my way there would be holistic and systemic societal and governmental reforms from population exchanges, expulsions, purges and a right to privacy to education reform, judicial reform, and a restructuring of our basis of free speech to regulate constructs such as cognitive hazards like pornography and propaganda.

Ideally solutions and laws are as simple as possible.

Essentially we recognize total freedom of speech online and this means even all porn becomes legal however we can make the production of porn a crime and the profit off of propaganda or pornography illegal. We also need to set ethics laws for moderation of forums and social media which require simply that moderators notify the community of the rules and rule changes clearly and enforce those rules to the letter otherwise they can face an escalating scheme of fines and also that advertisers are legally obligated to disclose their campaigns and that guerilla marketing campaigns are illegal under cognitive hazard laws like porn and propaganda.

Cognitive hazard laws don't make speech illegal they make profiting directly from jewish subversion, propaganda, undeclared advertising, pharmaceutical ads and pornography illegal.

I think this will retard and possibly kill the porn exposure and addiction problems and the small few still getting porn will be the sort of basement dwellers we probably can't fix anyway, the other reforms are about preventing another generation of them. Active pedos once joined the church or married divorcees and widows to gain access to children, now they join "polycules" large multi-partner relationships like swingers cults but they are often high and various members have kids. Perhaps there's a bit of middle ground. FBI keeps a database of all cp, but software companies can "train" their AIs with it. Not sure the best way to do this though. Either you'd have to give the FBI your software, to which the FBI can secretly modify it, or the FBI would give access to the cp collection risking leaks.
