What is happening in the picture of that fat guy beside the post? I haven't laughed this hard in weeks.

If that freak walked up to me talking about chocolate milk I would have just sprayed him with the hose. Although the cops laughing and possibly arresting him if he had a breakdown would be hilarious too.

Just think, decades ago this would have been considered a troll because it really wasn't believable. Nowadays in clown world this is totally normal. No wonder humanity is going extinct from stupidity.
