Of the calories you take in when you eat, there is now way to determine how many you actually expend as energy.

That's a complete different statement from what you said earlier, and yes there's a way to determine that by how much weight a body loses.

It's impossible to calculate CO. There are requirements in order to even be able to measure a calorie in the first place. A human body cannot do the required steps in order to get a caloric measurement. Your idea of CO is made up. You have to literally burn something in order to measure a calorie, something your body cannot do.

I don't estimate with numbers that mean nothing. I just eat fresh food and I don't follow the jewish "3 square" rule. No fake calorie counting required. Ever...

I follow this 1 simple diet rule: God gave us everything we need to eat and drink. Doritos are not on that list.
