Explain how I achieve my results

  1. Eating less.
  2. Avoiding certain foods.
  3. Exercising more
  4. 1, 2, and 3 cause your ghrelin levels to "normalize"

All this because of the "muh diet" mindset that lasts for a week or two. Otherwise you wouldn't be needing multiple diets 🤣. The calories are just some arbitrary number.
