Wrong. If you eat the exact same amount of the same food everyday, and exercise the same amount of cardio, and you’re losing weight, you are in calories deficit diet.

That's one person and it is impossible to apply that logic to all humans because not everyone's body reacts the same to exercise. Not everyone's body digests the same.
