We have updated our ToS to reflect that it is not considered drowning because human bodies come from natural elements, and because you are in natural elements (the body IS mostly water) you are not in effect drowning, you are being returned to nature. Death is as natural as birth, therefore assigning blame to admins for an obvious natural act is Targeted Harassment, and with be dealt with on a case by case basis.
