All I did was ping the admins everytime he made a new account to warn them of his username.

So now he is continuing to make new accounts and make abusive threads including death threats about me.

Not too long ago I had a pedo, maybe this same guy straight up spamming CP in all of my threads.

It's probably people hired by google to harass the users there. The guy is probably in india (not capitalized).
