Ruqqus is meant to have a thing where downvotes from banned users get removed, at first after all of Milktit's accounts were banned I didn't notice any change, but then CarpathianFaggot realized that the downvotes were only removed after a post / comment receives another vote, so I tried down then upvoting a few of my old posts and they regained a few points each.
