Apparently, it's a bug that shows up only when you're logged out.
So it's other it's hidden from actual users, or it shows just how broken Ruqqus truly is.
i really only lurk Ruqqus when realy bored... so i have no authority on opinion of the site....

At least with Saidit, it's made clear that they only want serious discussion to take place on there.
