Ruqqus is an LLC which means any expense incurred "for the company" can be written off in taxes; including the server costs. So whatever online endeavor they embark upon, related or not, is more or less paid for. That said, they have to show the "company" is making money/paying it's taxes in order to justify that write off - HOWEVER, they have 3 years before that is required. They can make $0 for 3 years with infinite tax write offs, but once that is up it will be declared a hobby and they will lose their tax exempt status. This is when you can expect to see Ruqqus fold, or "sell out" to another brand, (most likely owned by another cabal member) and the process can repeat for another 3 years. This is why they don't need loyalty from their userbase, they're mere digital sheep. I also read a testimonial on Voat that they can implement algorithms that will use the upvote/downvote system to mine crypto currency; which would explain the enforced antagonistic cabal population to stir things up and start brigades.
