Unfortunately, no. It seems to be mostly for banned people from poal to go and argue with other banned people from poal.

I am on both and on occasion I've see the "AOU sucks, AOU is a fed, blah blah blah" but it's not like the entire front page is constant poal hate. I also suspect LOTS of them are on both boards using different names. I use the same name on both.
