Sepharad elite = Sephardic Jews like the Sassoon family and other recipients of large amounts of gold in Iraq that was smuggled out by melting it with brass scrap during Desert Storm and, more recently, from ISIS hold outs in Syria... aka agents of the Sephardics who got stabbed in the back.
