cant pm either i think until 10

Can't give more total downvotes than upvotes

it has always been that way, same with submissions

I initially thought ten comments an hour was rough.

[–] 1 pt

Actually, 10 comments per hour is still used for 1 to 19 CCP.

So it starts out fine and then gets restrictive? How nice.

[–] 1 pt

No.

With 0 CCP or less, the absurd 1 comment per 24h limit applies.

I also thought one comment per 10 minutes (on Reddit) were rough.

But 1 comment per 24 hours is, by definition, a temporary auto-ban. “Throttle” is a euphemism for that.

ccp is all about "community censorship points" it creates such a hive mind. And puttitout does want to reduce the site, he is a very two faced.

I gave him so many ideas to combat shit, but really just disable downvoats at this point. much like poal, and mods do their job or maybe just janitors really those title don't mean shit anyways

that site starting turning to shit as soon as puttiout took over

The abbreviation is so true.

Ironically, PuttItOut once replied to a comment saying his house should burn down (and other offenses): "Your comment is not going to be deleted here."
