Hey, you really have no choice on a legit copyright/trademark infringement. I'm no fan of Voat anymore, but what are they to do? Go to court and lose the case and a ton of money over some scumbag who thought it was cool to pretend he was someone or something he wasn't.
Seems pretty fucking convenient that this happens less than a week after the buy out.
Maybe so, but if a legit complaint was filed, the timing is inconsequential. I'm not saying anyone shouldn't question it, but if legit, it is what it is and isn't censorship in any way, shape, or form. It's no different IMHO than deleting and banning a pedo for a violation of the law as well as a TOS.
Far too many coincidences over the years there for me to think this is anything normal
