I thought he closed it because of the bans to keep the banned from turning around and making new accounts. Just figured it would open back up now. Something not right there/

He can't open them right away or it proves he closed them so the banned couldn't defend themselves. He's pretty terrible at being villanous, he has to think more than two steps ahead.

It's petty. Opening registrations is a sign of good faith. Blocking new voices amounts to censorship.
