I understand that there is drama on voat, and there have been some problems there. However I don't think it would be appropriate of us to go get involved. Lets leave voats drama on voat.

Oh thats a long story.

Well the big outtages on voat got me worried and I commented way back then that someone should create a backup, and then I thought well fuck it I'll do it myself and so I did. Then people showed up and helped a lot and well poal is what it is today because of all that.

Then people on voat started to hate poal for existing and that is sad. I never intended any bad blood but its there now and seemingly there isn't anything I can do about it.

Then once it got rolling I started wanting to add things too it to help protect users from tracking and so I did poaltube then poalsearch and I keep coming up with things i want to do but there is never enough time in a day my friend.
