The takeaway seems to be that he thinks a big player, maybe a state actor, is attacking the site. One will note it has been down pretty much all day. Unusual compared to most past happenings.

Like I've already said, I think it's a major attack too, just by the fact that it got worse after he took measures to stop it. Similar to the way the darknet drug markets get attacked. He could learn some shit if he reached out to those guys. But TOR doesn't seem to interest him.
