Thanks! I don't think he knows what these sites are for.
Aggregation. I dig it.
What point do you think Durm was trying to make? How do you think think those screenshots support that point?
I shall state the point I am trying to make. Twitter image links do not embed. The beauty of the reddit format is you can go down the page, clicking the + or whatever expands a post. It allows the user to browse and take in a bunch of info without having to leave the site. When you post a twitter image link, it will not load because Twitter is a shitty site that does not allow their content to be embedded, as well as massive censorship that takes place there.
Those screenshots only show I posted a twitter status link to an old thread to add new information. There were no images at that link or else I would have re-hosted them.
Poal has pic8, a step above all other image hosting sites because of redundancy. How would you feel if every other image post on Poal was from twitter, and to see it you had to leave the site or open a new tab?
Do you think I don't understand what an aggregator is and how it works? Isn't the purpose of an aggregator to have content EMBEDDED in the site?
It's one thing to want embedded images and another to accuse someone of being a government agent.
Well when users don't respond to dm's, make non-sense comment replies...
