I never interacted with either user you're screeching about prior to you soliciting pictures of naked kids. I didn't just upvote Dortex with my sole account, but rather everyone calling you out on your shit at the time. Considering your mental breakdown resulted in a disproportionate amount of hilarious posts mostly contained to a single sub, it's fairly easy to grasp why a shitty algorithm would take notice without giving any regards as to context. I didn't even need pings or linked comment notifications to find that shit. I stopped upvoting Dortex well before he discovered searchvoat pinging was a loophole around users blocking pingspam.

You can also ask any of the other users caught in those quickly rescinded "vote manipulation" bans, we all know it's a bullshit purge masked by subjective enforcement of vague rules. Ask how the algorithm worked.
