Some dispensaries in Colorado (and I presume CA as well) still carry it. And coffee shops in Amsterdam. But the market is trending more toward extracts these days. Last time I actually consumed any was about 10 years ago, while serving as a judge at a growers cup event out in the Bay area, back when SF was still barely tolerable.
