Here is their claim: - Laws require them to email me, with no option to unsubscribe - They cant close the account when there is money in it, mine has 8 cents in it, that they gave me as a promotion (some worthless stock). - In order to close the account, I must withdraw to a funding account (my bank) and I never added that to the system, because I decided they were untrustworthy. - I am left in the position where they have effectively told me they will maintain funds in my name, that arent mine, that I dont want, and continue to contact me and I cant stop them UNTIL I hand over my bank account information. My consent means nothing, I am to furnish my financial information or forever be associated with the person I dont trust who is demanding compliance with their policies.
