There's never been a real double blind study of Measles, Mumps and Rubella vaccination, so we don't know if the cure is worse than the disease.
Most MMR vaccines don't use an adjuvant, so at least they probably aren't contributing to autism and all of the other neurological and immune system related disorders. MMR is probably the only vaccine I would consider getting if I was able to choose for myself, but I would want to do more research.
