Near-future, most individuals elect to spend time in a Matrix-like cartoon world with their own avatar, by walking around drugged by hallucinogens in an apocalyptic real world. This movie couldn't get funded in Jewllywood because it rips out the heart of (((their))) degenerate industry (the taking and monetizing of personality). Very very thought-provoking. Half-animated, half-liveaction.
