Anger is a normal emotion. I am angry, not a lot Just a little. I am laughing now. Anger is one the 5 stages of grief they say. So if I get angry, for good or bad reasons, I process it accept it deal with it. I don't hide it, and deny it. I grow from it. I use it's energy. and speak the truth!

No, people train themselves to default to anger. All anger stems from primary emotions, mainly hurt.

Where's you learn that, a movie? Good Will hunting? pop psychology? Does a wolf get angry? or a lion? who taught them? maybe the tiger's dad was an alcoholic? you pansy ass moron
