I don't know if I'm just growing old, but I now appreciate the quality of movies and TV (up to about 2010) more and more.

Or rather, I've taken for granted the quality of movies and TV shows that came out every few months or weeks back then.

But now, I try to find something to watch just to wind down over a beer in the couch, and all shows are literally shit.

These story lines are really banal or the acting very amateurish or plot lines uninteresting.

How the fuck do people watch this shit and why are they willing to fork out a few dollars a month to pay for shit?

What the hell's happening here people? Have all stories been already told that it's hard to come up with new ones? Is it the cultural marxism that's constricting the writers and director's ability to come up with interesting stories? What the fuck's happening here?

I mine past content for stuff to watch now. Movies, shows, music, books, whatever. Do note however, older stuff is far more jewed than you remember. If you pay attention you can see that over the years they get better at being subversive while at the same time more brazen about other shit. Devon Stack of Blackpilled will go into some shows and go step by step of the anti-White subversion and gay shit.

Stephen King the dead zone 1979. Casually brings up the holocaust. Main villain is a white male supremacist.

In fact all of kings villains are white despite many black characters embedded.

Ive just downloaded all of the original Twilight Zone episodes. Ive watched all the Clint Eastwood and John Wayne flicks...Andy in fukin Mayberry. Im runnin out of options. I heard "Yellowstone" was good after the first few episodes. Slim pickins. Theres a movie called "who'll stop the rain" I heard wsd great, but I cant find it. I dont subscribe to anything anymore. If I cant "find it", I dont watch it. I got better things to spend my money on.

I was on Netflix for a while and they had decent content but in the last few years they dropped the good stuff and starting putting out political signaling or trash content. Moved to HBO and burnt through the interesting stuff in the last year. Been noticing a bunch of the new content is trash or re-uploads of old movies, or political signaling as well. I'm wanting to finish up here and look at something else but I guess most of these services are the same.

Some of them are okay plot-wise. The real issue is making characters faggots or trannies a couple of seasons in, maybe a random lesbian role or a race mixing role. This is what really bothers me the most.

But a lot of modern cinema is pretty interesting to me. There's some great gems that have been buried through the years though.

I used to watch blockbusters religiously as they brought me much joy.

But starting with Ghostbusters 2016 I've been skipping almost all of them. I think 2015 star wars was the final nail in the coffin.

That's fuking 5 years of no new blockbusters. Ffs.

Still I've been going back collecting old classics. For starters it's great to watch any film with white fit nice competent people in them.
