but after the lighthouse survived the tsunami unaffected, and they shot the super ultra mega plasma cannons at the city during the escape from the dual, I kinda stopped caring.

Ditto. When they started shooting all these lasers down to the city while trying to take him down was facepalm worthy.

And you just know some Jew started screaming that all the lasers hit synagogues afterwards, killing 6 gorillion foreskins, then used it to take over, subvert, and destroy what was left of Atlantis.
