Grade A- Not too bad. Some of the woke tropes were very obvious. Like killing Craig for not being vaxxed (although not for that specific reason), the bland comedy night show, and it's against the law to be offensive to anyone for any reason (even the unvaxxed). The ramp up of commercialization in 2061 where all major brands are merged into "plus" or "max" stores, bitcoin, and an android Alexa that is constantly offering deals and degrading their customer owners. The whole idea of Cartman being a Jew was to show when the Jews are happy, everyone else is miserable. Once they went back in time and fixed the "bro-ship" they prevented Cartman from being a Jew and everyone else became happy and Cartman is homeless as an adult. They included a "free will/leave it in the hands of God" line from Cartman (as a Rabbi) in to make sure the South Park creators were prevented being called anti-Semites. I am sure at some point a DVD/Blu Ray will be out with both parts combined into a single movie. Both parts are on every torrent site on the planet. Don't pay for Paramount+ to watch it.
