After all the hype about the latest Spider Man movie, I decided to give it a look, once my chosen streaming service got a decent copy of the movie to look at. What a letdown. It was not entertaining in the least. I honestly can't see why anyone liked it, let alone raved about it. At best it was a so-so popcorn muncher. The villains were good, I will give it that. The actors playing Doc Oc and the Green Goblin did an excellent job. In contrast, the acting work of the leads sucked. That little fat kid is really annoying, and a nigger Mary Jane? Please! You think Parker wouldn't be a little more selective about who he fucked? He may be a nerd but he doesn't need to go that low. Anyway, I found the movie trite and stupid. Doctor Strange was a joke, literally. He was used for gag material through the entire movie. The old spell-went-wrong plot device. No problem, we'll just pull a save-the-world solution out of our ass at the last minute. Oh, but we lost politically-aware, socially-active Aunt May. Good! I hated that version of Aunt May. I'm glad she's dead. I've actually seen all the Spider Man movies, and I still didn't care about this worthless waste of web fluid.
