I find your logic and position to be obtuse. It's not that I don't understand your point. Is irrelevant if Lucifer provided symbology. What matters is if practitioners have adopted symbology for this purpose. Just as I don't personally subscribe to the hidden fingers symbology, it doesn't mean it's not a symbol for their group and corresponding practices. This remains true even if I didn't know they did this.
