There is no much pseudo philosophy. He is pretty emo. But the philosophy is that he never cares about his own well being but also he foresees the future and scenario plans. One of yhe coolest batman scenes comes from the game of course. Salomon Grandy wakes up amd starts approaching him reciting the poem, "Salomon Grandy.. Born on a Monday.." each rhyme taking a step closer to batman who doesn't budge. Then in the end, Salomon Grandy punches batman but his chains hold him back so his punch never touches batman. Batman simply stands still. There are 5 rockets with chemicals in them. The whole place is a bout to blow up and tje rockets will hit different parts of gotham. He only has enough time to de activate two of the 5 rockets.. But jw doesn't give a fuck. He goes ahead and fearlessly de activates them all. He is infected by some disease amd he looks like shit. Alfred suggests they call the Robin but Batman simply declines and proceeds to move along with his missions, knowing damn well his limits. He is in some kind of basement and there is a cut scene where he sets explosives fir unknown reasons. A few minutes later.. You encounter the killer Croc in a really scary battle. You lure him where you set the explosives and trap him in a big hole in the ground.
