Really enjoyed the movie. It's back to the future experience. All the testosterone and adrenaline like in the first movie, plus over the top fighting. No faggots at all. Highly recommended for 2 hours of nostalgia about the XX century, where men were men, and women were women.

The only weak point is the Maverick's love interest topic not covered enough.

P.S. I know Bruckheimer is a pervert, but at least he makes cool movies.

P.P.S. I know the US army is not righteous, but I like fairy tales.

I watched this movie the other night. It was an OK action flic. But I noticed something strange. I was crying throughout the whole movie. Even in scenes that weren't that emotional, I was sheding tears. Either the music for this movie is insanely powerful, or the producer used some kind of subliminal technique to increase the emotional response in viewers. I mean, I don't even like Tom Cruise. I think he's a little Jew fart. And here I am, sheding tears when he gets on his fucking motorcycle. It didn't make any rational sense. Sure, I cry in sad movies, but not that much, and not for nothing. I really have to believe that something was done under the surface to hike up the emotional response.

This is normal. You were crying for our lost generation. I've got emotional too.
