Shaky cam is horrible. It's only tolerable if you're capturing a brief shot of something you cant stabilize, e.g. "Here's a 5 second clip of dropping a camera into a whirlpool".

Right up there with 3D and laugh tracks.

AVP wins every failure of movie capture.

The entire movie is shit and all the action shots aren't just shaky they are zoomed in. You see half a body the whole time.

Like some of these people need to be in jail for even allowing this to happen.

Sway and bob in first person perspective in movies or games makes me want to puke my guts out. I find myself not focusing during Shakey cam sessions.
