With what's going on with Disney, it's clear that there's no boycott, it's a customer exodus. Bob Chapek never even had a chance to make any decisions beyond culling the dead weight execs and staff brought on through Iger's and Eisner's tenure at Disney. All the media moves we've seen were holdovers from Iger's time at the reigns. He's an accountant. The guy has no idea how to develop a media company, so he's going to do what he did before, buy other companies in an attempt to bolster Disney's market presence and expand its inventory of "intellectual" properties. In doing so, he will have to deal with many of the people Chapek's been firing as those folks likely migrated to those companies like the cancerous little cultural parasites that they are.
