My dad said this back in the 1960's about aid to Africa. Today, Africa is a gigntic welfare state with a gigantic population of niggers unable to feed, house and clothe themselves, and it's all the (((white man's))) fault. But the day will come when America hits the skids and al aid will end abruptly. Expect a billion deaths worldwide, mostly in Africa. China is all over Africa now, so you bet your asses that they won't feel the blacks.
