Not in my state...what they did right there...you yell out, "I am prepared to use lethal force if you do not leave" BAM...if they open that door and comes in..you warned them! Happened right here in my county.

It's literally a law in this state and the DA in my county (because we have a county system so it's harder to take over) lives a mile from my house. It also leaves incentives not to piss over the neighbors or allow them to die because of criminal scum.
