This map is stupid. At least for my part of Europe. We don't hate Russians. They probably asked squewed questions to normies who still had an Ukraine flag in their bio. I'm not going to say who we hate because I don't know. People are too programmed to hate on Israel, that's for sure. I would say that the polarisation here is between north African Muslims and a population of whites that don't believe in anything anymore.
